Mytaleem’s Terms of Service

Please read the Terms of Service carefully before you start to use the site.
By using the Site, registering an account or by clicking to accept or agree to the Terms of Service when this option is made available to you, you accept and agree on behalf of yourself or on behalf of your kids, to be bond and abide by these Terms of Service and Mytaleem payment Terms, you further acknowledge, you have read and understood our Privacy Policy.
- Only registered users may use Mytaleem. Registration is free in registering for an account, you agree to provide us with accurate, complete and updated information and must not create and account for fraudulent or misleading purposes. You are solely responsible for any activity on your account and for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your password. We are not liable for any acts or omissions by you in connection with your account.
- Mytaleem does not provide free lessons. Instead we have trail lessons we charge 300 Rs/lesson.
- *Trial lesson commission*
When a student purchases their first trial lesson, *Mytaleem's commission is 100% of its value, Mytaleem charges 300rs per trial lesson*.
For all your subsequent lessons with a student, the commission fee will be 15% of your hourly price, depending on the total number of lessons you've conducted.
- Students pay Mytaleem in advance to have a trail lesson. After taking trail lesson/lessons. Student will be taking a lesson package of at least 5 classes. 5 classes fee will be paid in advance to Mytaleem. Student may not offer direct payments to teacher. Once you make payment to tutor directly, now Mytaleem does not take guarantee of the tutor and shall not be responsible.
- Teachers may not offer students to pay, directly other than through the Mytaleem In case you have been asked to use direct payment method, please report it immediately to info@mytaleem.com.
- If a teacher and student/parents are found to have direct communication, both will be banned from this website.
- We shall not be accountable, if a tutor refers you his/her own reference, we shall not be accountable for tutor’s performance, punctuality, appearance or teaching pattern.
- Users may be removed by Mytaleem from the site for violations of these Terms of Service and/or our community standards, which may include (but are not limited to) the following violations and/or materials.
- Illegal or Fraudulent Services.
- Violation of a third party’s terms of Services.
- Adult oriented services, pornographic, Inappropriate/absence.
- Low quality services.
- Harrasment policy
Any violation of social norms and rules-including inappropriate behavior, sexual harassment, and fraud is strictly prohibited on Mytaleem.
- Refund policy
According to our refund policy the fee shall neither be refunded nor the tutor be replaced after completion of trial lesson.
We offer a platform for teachers and students to share knowledge, learn, and develop. However, we disclaim all liability for any actions taken by teachers or students/parents.
